Casco Bay Seafood guarantees every product to provide 100% satisfaction every time. We ensure that your order will arrive frozen or chilled.

If you have any questions outside of our normal business hours, please view the FAQ's located on our home page or contact us using the contact us options at the top of this page or the contact us page located on the home page.

If you have any questions regarding an order, we ask that you notify us immediately for assistance, or by the next day after receiving your order.

If Casco Bay Seafood has made an error with your order, we will replace the necessary items or issue a credit to the cardholder for the amount of the items in question. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can call us for customer service or email us at sales@cascobayseafood.com. Casco Bay Seafood reserves the right to investigate these claims and may deem it necessary to have all packaging and its contents returned to us for inspection during an investigation.

Note: Please do not discard any packaging until you are completely satisfied with the products you have received.

We are unable to deliver food packages to PO boxes, FPO's or APO's. We only deliver lobster packages within the United States.

Major holidays and weather conditions may change delivery availability. Call early to place a Christmas Week, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day order. We reserve the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value, if items become unavailable.

Please make sure the addresses you provide us are complete and correct. Casco Bay Seafood LLC cannot accept responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses.

All prices subject to change without notice due to the nature of the industry. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

In relation to Maine frozen lobster tails, Casco Bay Seafood LLC is unable to ship Maine lobster tails to Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This is a requirement set by the Massachusetts Dept. Of Fisheries & Wildlife, and the New Hampshire Dept. Of Natural Resources and we must comply with this requirement in association with the local lobster industry.

Add 2% sales tax on the product total (not including shipping), to any order being delivered into the state of Illinois.

Due to the many variables involved with shipping, if your lobsters arrive partially defrosted or completely defrosted, DO NOT RE-FREEZE. Re-freezing food can result in a loss in quality and has the potential to cause food poisoning. Simply place your lobsters in the refrigerator where they can remain for no more than four (4) days.
